On the full super moon of August 29, 2015 Dr. Lorphan, head of the Galactic Team of Healers, came forth with a new energetic process with which to hold the new, higher energies & vibrations.

Dr. Lorphan explained that up until now, the energies we have brought in from Source, whether it be Light, rays of colour, sound, all wash through us...   I am sure most of you that do meditation have experienced bringing in a pink or green or other colour ray, and allowing it to saturate inside your body, your chakras, your organs and your skin.   This is most often a very wonderful experience, allowing us to feel lighter, more blissful, and generally happy.   Some of us can feel the different intensity of the colours, while others identify with the varying vibrations.

Dr. Lorphan shared with the frequency of the energies now flooding our planet, it is time to begin absorbing more of these energies, rather than just allowing them to wash through us.    Our bodies are changing to crystalline structure, which can handle these frequencies much easier.

The analogy Dr. Lorphan spoke of  was that of a sponge.  To call forth on the energy of sponge and allow it to line the inside of the human form.  As this occurs, all the energies you bring in directly after the "sponge lining" are then absorbed into the sponge, allowing it to expand.   This means if we are bringing in the frequency of Love energy then it will be held longer in our bodies, much longer than if it "washed through" .  How much longer the  sponge lining & higher energies stay in the body are dependant on the individual, their choices & actions.  If we  stay calm & centered after the session, it will hold longer.  If shortly after completing the process we have an incident that causes anger or frustration to arise, the "sponge" will release all the higher energies it is holding.   Remember, choosing to go to a lower vibration will eliminate the sponge completely from your system.

Feel free to call on Dr. Lorphan and have him take you through the process.   The "sponge" can be any colour.  He suggests bringing in at least 3 colours throughout your whole body before the sponge in preparation.   Call forth and bring in the sponge layer  (it is easy to feel the difference!) and then bring in a beautiful energy of your choosing.  Always end with white light to seal the sponge was Dr. Lorphan's guidance.
