Frequently Asked Questions FAQ

  • Do I have to attend the Group Vortex Healing Session live?

    No, if you can not attend live Ana-La-Rai still calls your name and places you in the Healing Vortex, but we would encourage you to try and attend when you can.

  • Will the monthly live event with AnaLaRai be recorded and available?

    Yes, the recordings will be stored here in the private FB group.

  • Will there be someone to answer my questions?

    Yes, there will be moderators who check the page regularly.  This being said, this is not designed to be a place for personal questions.  If you need personal questions answered or energy work done we suggest you book a Clearing & Clarity session with Ana-la-Rai.

  • How often should I be in the private group?

    This is up to you, but at the very least, weekly to see the new questions, discussions and more.  We know that many will interact here on a daily basis.

  • Can I join if I don't have a facebook membership?

    Unfortunately no, as this is a Facebook group but you can create a profile and just join the group without having to do other things on Facebook.

  • Can we promote our own products and services within the group?

    Unfortunately no, promoting your own products or services is not allowed unless directed by Ana-La-Rai or the Sparkles Team.

  • If I missed the launch party am I still included in the energetics?

    Yes! Everyone, no matter when they join, is included into the energetics. This will be done consciously by Ana-La-Rai at the beginning of each month.

  • How do I find out who my Guide is?

    Upon subscription, with 72 hours, Ana-La-Rai will channel the name of your Guide and you will receive an e-mail with the name and type of being from Sparkles Team (e.g. Angel, Ascended master, Dolphin, etc).

  • If I join part way through the year, do I still get a Guide?

    See above answer.

  • Does payment come out automatically?

    Yes, on the 28th of each month.

  • Can I cancel my membership at any time?

    Yes, you can cancel any time. If you are a pilot member (you signed up before 2023) and cancel your membership, when you re-subscribe it will be at the current price, not your pilot member price.

  • Is there a refund policy?

    Once you cancel your membership the automatic payments are cancelled. There is no refund for any part of the month you missed.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We only accept credit card payments for Soul Connections.
