Suggestions for Improved Living During the Transition

Know we hold you dear, each Soul incarnate. Know as we observe we hold no judgment. We are present to support the energetic changes which will bring forth the great awakening!
We wish to provide you with some templates for living during this time. These templates can assist your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. Some of our suggestions will be "old news", things you have heard before. Others may be more new to you.
We invite you to view all suggestions as "NEW", re-evaluating your perception of them to ensure your highest benefit.
- Listen to your body , as it is under more change and stress than you know.
- Find your optimum number of hours of sleep.
- Find your optimum time to go to bed.
- Re-evaluate your food beliefs.
- Minimize the amounts of processed foods you consume. Remember, the more natural, the better.
- Drink plenty of clean, pure water.
- Energize your food and water with vibrations of Love and Light.
- Re-evaluate products you use on your skin and hair. Ask your body if it likes these products, and if not, find other products your body does resonate with.
- Meditate or spend time in peaceful quiet a few times a week or more. This allows a "reset" of your nervous system.
- Spend time in nature and outdoors as often as you can.
- Minimize the use of electronic devices such as cell phones, computers, tablets, video games, etc. These devices interfere with your expanding vibrational field as you keep them physically close to you.
- Find a personal passion or play space . Tap into your creativity.
- Have f un, laugh, play, be joyful and childlike .
- Honour the body temple . Move it; love it; appreciate it. Stretch your limbs and your mind.
- Read a good book. Yes, one with actual pages made of paper!
- Plan time regularly for family and friends to get together.
- Re-evaluate your priorities and then see how you spend your time aligns with you priorities. Adjust as desired.
- Express kindness and gratitude daily.
- Continue to work on yourself. Clear old wounds and hurts. Release density and blockages. Dissolve beliefs and patterns. Know all of this allows your vibration to increase, making the transition more grace-filled for you.
- Allow yourself to flow, without self-judgment.
- Do what makes you happy and joyful!
